When she was People Director at innocent drinks, together with her team, they built a famously unique, engaging and high-performance culture, with a big emphasis on learning and talent. Since then Karen has worked with many other fast-growing, purpose-led businesses helping them navigate the people side of growth through high-quality learning and coaching.
